Vendor Booth Guidelines

  1. Vendors are registered only when payment is received. Payment is non-refundable regardless of weather or cancellation.
  2. Each registration receives one 10×10 space. Vendors provide all booth materials and equipment, including power, tent, table, chairs, and lights. Setup and tear-down are the vendor’s responsibility. Only Super Quiet inverter-type generators are permitted.
  3. Confirmation and approval are issued after receipt of a completed application and payment. The committee may reject registrations based on specified criteria, content, or otherwise.
  4. Registration is first-come, first-served. Register by November 20 to be listed in the program.
  5. Booth locations will be emailed on December 1.
  6. Vendor setup begins at 11:00 am; specific times are provided one week before the event. Access is restricted after 3:30 pm. Booths must be ready by 4:00 pm and remain in place until 9:00 pm.
  7. Vendors, including nonprofits, are responsible for Mississippi sales tax. A tax form and sales tax generated at the event will be collected by Christmas in the Pass representatives at the end of the event.
